Reservations
Appointments are highly encouraged although we will try out best to accommodate walk-ins. Please inform your Jewel therapist if you are pregnant, require special assistance, or if you prefer a male or female therapist. A credit card or gift certificate will be used to secure your reservation.
Appointment Arrival Time
For your first Jewel treatment visit, please arrive ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so you can complete our guest profile.
Appointment Late Arrivals
Jewel regrets that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled therapy time. Should you arrive late, the length of your treatment may be shortened to prevent further delays. Late arrivals are still responsible for full treatment fees.
Appointment Cancellations
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please allow a 24 hour notice. A cancellation made less than 24 hours may be charged a $25 fee and no shows may be charged full price of services.
Group Events
Proper coordination of your group's reservation requires additional time on the part of Jewel's staff to ensure your visit to Jewel Day Spa is a success. Please inquire with our Front Desk on event planning.
Product Return Policy
Should you need to return a product purchased at Jewel Day Spa, the product and receipt should be made within 30 days of the purchase. Only a Jewel store credit will be issued. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Your Jewelry and Valuables
Please leave all jewelry and valuables at home. Jewel Day Spa cannot be responsible for jewelry or valuables lost or left behind.
Please note: we no longer have the Tea Room as part of the Spa. Our former Tea Room is now available for Group Events and Rentals.
